We are a dynamic fashion company focused on curating and selling high-quality products. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our eCommerce operations by hunting for products on eBay and uploading them to Grailed.com.

Job Overview:
As our VA, you will play a crucial role in sourcing fashionable items from eBay, ensuring they meet our brand’s standards, and then uploading them to our Grailed account for sale. You will be expected to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends. If you’re someone passionate about fashion and eCommerce, and have the necessary skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
* Product Research: Hunt for trending, high-quality fashion products on eBay that align with our brand's offerings.
* Uploading: Upload selected products to Grailed.com, ensuring proper descriptions, images, and pricing.
* Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of product listings and inventory using Google Sheets.
* Communication: Report on progress regularly and stay in constant communication with the team via Google Docs, email, or other communication tools.
* Trend Spotting: Keep an eye on current fashion trends to identify high-demand items.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
* Google Drive Apps: Proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
* Stable Internet Connection: Must have a reliable internet connection for research, communication, and uploading tasks.
* Camera & Microphone: Must have access to a camera and microphone for video meetings and communication.
* Attention to Detail: Ability to spot quality products and ensure correct product descriptions.
* Ecommerce Experience: Experience working with platforms like eBay and Grailed is a strong plus.

Preferred Skills:
* Fashion Enthusiast: Passion for fashion and understanding of what products are trending in the market.
