Senior Sales Representative (Closer)
We are a rapidly growing USA-based cleaning company, and we are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Representative (Closer) to join our customer support and sales department. Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Sales Representative, your daily responsibilities will include:
Present, Promote, and Sell: Utilize proven, continually improved strategies to market and sell our cleaning services, converting leads and prospects into satisfied customers.
Booking and Scheduling: Manage the booking calendar, schedule new cleaning jobs, and efficiently reschedule or update services as needed.
Achieve Sales Metrics: Meet and exceed sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by implementing lead generation strategies, follow-ups, cold calling/mailing, discovery calls, and upselling.
Service Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our cleaning services to confidently address customer objections.
Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone,
Knowledge Base Collaboration: Work with the team to build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base (we use Notion) to support company growth and ensure precision in daily operations.
Growth Mindset: Continuously improve through feedback and stay updated on industry trends.
Reporting: Provide detailed reports on customer needs, interests, and potential opportunities for new services.
Daily Reporting: Submit daily updates to the operations manager and owner, detailing completed tasks and ongoing activities.
Applicant Requirements & Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who has:
Experience: At least three years of proven sales success, ideally within the cleaning industry.
Quick Learning Ability: Can rapidly understand and effectively communicate the value of our services to prospective clients.
Confidence & Enthusiasm: Approaches sales with energy and a positive attitude.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Excels in listening, speaking, and writing to address customer needs effectively.
Calm Under Pressure: Thrives in high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism.
Process Optimization Skills: Can improve and refine existing sales processes.
Self-Starter Mentality: Motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
