JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced PayPal dispute manager expert to join our dropshipping e-commerce business focused on fashion and to handle our customer disputes effectively. The store is located in Germany - fluent in German is a plus, but is not required.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning cases and implementing successful strategies for dispute resolution. You should be well-versed in the nuances of each platform's policies and have a proactive approach to managing chargebacks. If you have the skills to improve our success rate in dispute cases, we would love to hear from you.

Key Skills:
-Detail oriented and ability to follow a customer service flow chart to perfection
-Strong ability to show empathy for customer situations and can express that via text
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in email management and responding promptly
- Familiarity with Paypal disputes and credit card chargeback resolution process
