As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Administrative Video Coordinator to join our team and support our operations with fast and accurate video management and administrative tasks.
Role Overview
The Administrative Video Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring our video production workflow runs smoothly by managing uploads and organizing content. This position requires someone with exceptional attention to detail, lightning-fast internet speed, and the ability to execute tasks with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Upload videos from our
- Organize and manage file structures within Google Drive to ensure easy access and collaboration.
- Monitor video upload progress and troubleshoot any issues promptly.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, or maintaining spreadsheets.
- Communicate with tea
- Adhere to strict deadlines and maintain high accuracy in every task.
Requirements
-Excellent internet connection to handle large file uploads without interruptions.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with no tolerance for errors.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Drive,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles is a plus.
Compensation
This is a full-time, fully remote position with a monthly compensation of $450 USD.
