JOB OVERVIEW

Pryzma is looking for two Advertising Specialists to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with beginner to intermediate-level experience in e-commerce advertising, particularly within the Amazon Ads platform. You will assist in planning, executing, and optimizing PPC campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals while contributing to team success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and Execute Amazon PPC Campaigns:
Assist in planning and implementing PPC campaigns within Amazon, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Sponsored TV to increase product visibility and sales.

2. Targeting Strategy Support:
Assist in creating and refining targeting strategies to engage customers effectively, including audience segmentation and bid adjustments.

3.Monitor and Optimize Campaign Performance:
Track campaign metrics, analyze data, and adjust bids, targets, and creatives to improve performance and ROI.

4. Collaborate with Manager and Team:
Work closely with other teams to ensure advertising campaigns align with client objectives and integrate with broader marketing strategies.

5. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
Continuously learn about new tools, trends, and best practices in Amazon Ads and e-commerce advertising.

6. Provide Campaign Insights and Reports:
Compile performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

Amazon Ads Experience:
At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads campaigns, including basic knowledge of Sponsored Ads and campaign optimization.

Certification (Preferred but Not Required):
Completion of Amazon Ads Foundations Certification, Amazon Sponsored Ads Certification, or Amazon Ads Sponsored Ads Advanced Certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and suggest actionable optimizations to improve campaign performance.

Growth-Oriented Mindset:
Open to learning and development, with the ability to grow into a more advanced PPC role over time.

Tools Experience:
Familiarity with Amazon Advertising Console, bulk sheets, Helium10 Adtomic, or similar tools.

Adaptability:
Ability to adjust to client needs and changing market conditions with a proactive learning approach.

Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.

Team Player:
Thrives in a team environment, with a positive attitude and a commitment to contributing to the success of the team.

Time Zone Flexibility:
Able to work efficiently within the EST time zone (7:00 am – 4:00 pm).

Compensation:

Based on experience and certifications.
After completing the first 90 days of service, team members are eligible for the following benefits:
