Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Manager/Video Editor/Branding Manager/Graphic Designer to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about social media, content creation and the entertainment industry. This position will support Ilias by assisting him with content creation, filming, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing:
* Assist in the planning and editing of video content for Ilias' social media platforms [Instagram, TikTok, YouTube etc.]
* Edit raw footage to create high-quality and engaging videos that resonate with our audience.

Graphic Design:
* Assist in designing visually appealing marketing assets for Ilias' brand [Website, Media Kits, Artiste Resume etc.]
* Collaborate to brainstorm and develop aesthetic style that suits Ilias' brand.

Social Media Management:
* Assist in the creation of engaging and visually appealing social media content (images, videos, graphics) that aligns with our brand identity.
* Collaborate to brainstorm and develop content strategies.
* Ad hoc posting of content on social media platforms according to the content calendar.

Branding Management:
* Assist in the planning and management of Ilias' brand.
* Collaborate to brainstorm and develop branding strategies.

Research and Trends:
* Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry news.
* Conduct research on competitors and industry leaders to identify new opportunities for content and engagement.

Administrative Support:
* Assist with organising and maintaining digital assets, including photos, videos, and graphics.
* Provide general administrative support to Ilias as needed.

Qualifications:
* Completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Media Studies, Graphic Design or a related field.
* Strong interest in social media, marketing and design.
* Competitive knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
* Experience with video editing and design software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, Adobe Photoshop etc.).
* Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
