Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Facebook Media Ads Buyer with a specialization in Advantage+ and Catalog Ads to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing our Facebook advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
-Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook to achieve specific marketing objectives.
- Budget Allocation: Allocate and manage advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- Advantage+ Utilization: Leverage Facebook's Advantage+ features to automate and enhance ad performance using machine learning and data-driven insights.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to improve performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Catalog Creation: Develop and manage product catalogs used to create dynamic ads, including images, descriptions, and prices.
- Dynamic Ads: Set up dynamic ads that automatically show relevant products to users based on their browsing behavior and interactions with the brand.
- Product Feed Management: Ensure the product catalog is up-to-date and accurately reflects the inventory.
- Targeting and Audience Segmentation: Create and target custom audiences based on user behavior, interests, and demographics. Utilize lookalike audiences to find new potential customers similar to existing ones.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and ROI.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns.
- Proficiency in using Facebook Ads Manager and its various features.
- In-depth understanding of Facebook's Advantage+ tools for campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with setting up and managing product catalogs and dynamic ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative skills for developing compelling ad creatives that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in ad setup, targeting, and reporting.
