Bookkeeper (ASAP)

We are seeking a diligent Bookkeeper or a recent Accounting Graduate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of accounting practices, be familiar with US accounting requirements, and display eagerness to learn and adapt.

**Responsibilities:**

• Handle monthly financial records for multiple clients.
• Use Quickbooks and Wave Accounting tools proficiently, ensuring accurate and consistent data entry.
• Aid in basic tax preparations, while learning and providing recommendations for savings and adjustments.
• Review client expenses, flag unnecessary expenditures, and suggest areas of financial optimization.
• Collaborate effectively with our financial team and interface directly with clients to understand their specific needs.
• Manage tasks efficiently to meet set deadlines.
• Continually seek feedback and ways to improve the bookkeeping process.

**Requirements:**

• Familiarity or willingness to quickly learn Quickbooks and Wave Accounting.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a keen sense of responsibility.
• A passion for continuous learning in the financial domain.
• Preferably living in Makati or Near Makati ( CAN SATRT THIS DECEMBER 6, 2024)
