We are looking for a Virtual Accountant to join our team and support our financial operations remotely from the Philippines.

Role Overview
As a Virtual Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing the financial processes for Luxury Transport Group. You’ll begin with a face-to-face training session in Manila to familiarize yourself with our operations and systems, followed by working remotely from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records using Xero.
Process accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and manage financial statements and reports.
Perform bank reconciliations and payroll tasks.
Ensure compliance with Australian tax regulations, including BAS and GST.
Provide monthly reporting to the management team.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Collaborate with the team to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Xero is a must.
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and tax compliance (preferred but not essential – training provided).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High-speed internet connection and a reliable home office setup.
