Key Responsibilities:
Conversion Optimization Strategy:
Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates across key customer journeys, including landing pages, checkout processes, and site features.
A/B Testing & Experimentation:
Plan, design, and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other CRO experiments to test hypotheses and optimize key site elements.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track, analyze, and interpret site performance, user behavior, and testing results.
Build custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders and assist in decision-making processes.
Automate reporting to reduce manual effort and ensure regular, real-time tracking of KPIs.
Documentation & Process Management:
Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation of CRO testing procedures, experiment hypotheses, test results, and insights for cross-functional teams.
Standardize and optimize the testing workflow, ensuring that all tests follow a consistent process to maximize impact and learnings.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, design, and development teams to ensure tests are properly implemented and the user experience is continually improving.
Present insights, findings, and recommendations to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:
Continuously monitor and optimize the effectiveness of implemented CRO strategies. Ensure that tests are set up and executed in line with best practices, and iterate on strategies based on results.
