About Go2Lister & Romer the Roamer:
Go2Lister is an innovative software solution designed to help Amazon sellers streamline the process of creating, optimizing, and managing their product listings. Our platform helps e-commerce entrepreneurs save time, increase sales, and scale their businesses on Amazon. We're rapidly expanding and need a Social Media Manager to elevate our brand and grow our community of Amazon sellers.

Romer the Roamer, my personal brand, is dedicated to helping aspiring and current Amazon sellers learn how to grow successful businesses on the platform. Through educational content, tips, and real-life success stories, Romer the Roamer empowers sellers to launch, optimize, and scale their Amazon stores. Main Goal: Your primary focus will be to grow Go2Lister as the preferred tool for Amazon sellers while also expanding Romer the Roamer’s brand as an authority in Amazon selling education. You’ll create engaging, informative content, track social media performance, and use data-driven strategies to boost engagement and brand visibility for both Go2Lister and Romer the Roamer.

Responsibilities:
For Go2Lister:
Content Creation: Develop educational and engaging content (Instagram carousels, TikTok videos, Facebook posts) showcasing Go2Lister’s value to Amazon sellers. This includes product tutorials, customer testimonials, success stories, and tips for optimizing Amazon listings.
Brand Growth & Strategy: Build and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and grow Go2Lister’s community of Amazon sellers. Focus on driving traffic to the website and increasing product sign-ups.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, direct messages, and foster a supportive community of Amazon sellers, helping them understand how Go2Lister can improve their listing processes.
Analytics & Optimization: Monitor key social media metrics and performance indicators (engagement rates, conversions, click-through rates) and adjust content strategies accordingly to maximize engagement and drive leads.
Campaign Management: Run targeted social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook Ads) designed to generate leads and drive traffic to Go2Lister’s platform.
Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about trends in e-commerce, Amazon selling, and digital marketing, ensuring Go2Lister's content remains relevant and competitive.
For Romer the Roamer:
Amazon Selling Education Content: Create content that teaches people how to sell on Amazon, including how to optimize listings, navigate Amazon Seller Central, run effective ads, and grow an Amazon business. Content can take the form of tutorials, tips, blog-style posts, videos, and behind-the-scenes looks into running an Amazon store.
Brand Storytelling: Share my journey and success stories as Romer the Roamer to inspire and connect with others interested in starting or scaling their Amazon businesses.
Community Engagement: Build and engage with a community of Amazon sellers, answering questions, offering advice, and creating a supportive learning environment.
Collaborations & Partnerships: Identify opportunities for collaborations with Amazon-related influencers, e-commerce experts, and brands to grow Romer the Roamer’s reach and credibility.
Content Calendar: Develop a content calendar that integrates education, storytelling, and promotions, ensuring content remains fresh, valuable, and consistent.
Director of Marketing Responsibilities - Main Goal: Grow Go2Lister and Romer the Roamer
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the marketing strategies for both Go2Lister and Romer the Roamer. The goal is to create integrated, yet tailored strategies to grow both brands while maintaining their unique identities in the e-commerce space.

Brand Strategy & Development: Lead the development of marketing strategies for both Go2Lister and Romer the Roamer. Focus on increasing Go2Lister’s adoption among Amazon sellers while positioning Romer the Roamer as a leading educational resource for e-commerce entrepreneurs.
Content Strategy & Execution: Create a consistent and engaging content strategy for both brands. Ensure Go2Lister’s content speaks to Amazon sellers' needs, while Romer the Roamer provides actionable insights and tips.
Paid Advertising: Manage paid campaigns for both Go2Lister (to drive sign-ups and brand awareness) and Romer the Roamer (to increase visibility and grow the community).
Data-Driven Marketing: Track the performance of both brands’ social media campaigns, utilizing analytics to optimize content and campaigns for increased engagement and conversion.
Lead Generation & Community Building: Drive lead generation campaigns for Go2Lister to attract Amazon sellers, while building a loyal and engaged community around Romer the Roamer.
Market Research & Trends: Stay ahead of trends in Amazon selling, e-commerce education, and digital marketing to keep Go2Lister and Romer the Roamer relevant and innovative in the market.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Strong ability to analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies to improve performance.
Creative and strategic thinker who can adapt content for multiple platforms and audiences.
Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build communities.
Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and content strategy.
Bonus Skills:

Experience with e-commerce tools and platforms like Go2Lister or similar software.
Video editing or graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro).
A passion for helping others grow their businesses or live an adventurous life.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and e-commerce partnerships.
