JOB OVERVIEW

We are a -growing e-commerce brand specializing in hair growth products, and we’re looking for a highly self-sufficient Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role involves customer service and affiliate management, requiring someone who can handle daily tasks independently with minimal supervision after training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
Manage orders, process updates for incorrect orders, and handle shipping updates and corrections.
- Assist with our mass outreach program: respond to interested affiliates and provide them with samples.
- Use pre-written, copy-paste responses for outreach, with light customization as needed.
- Answer basic affiliate questions using provided guidelines.

Workload:

The combined tasks require 1-3 hours daily.

During the first week or two, we’ll assist with any questions you may have, but full self-sufficiency is expected after training.
Weekly check-ins will be conducted to make sure everythings going well.


Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service. While we have a full training playlist some experience is strongly preferred but not required.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Some proficiency in Gorgias (or willingness to self-learn during training).
Must be comfortable using time-tracking software to monitor time spent on tasks.

If possible to do anything on your end, my address is 25800 SW Canyon Creek Rd., Apartment N206, Wilsonville OR, 97070. Thank you!"

How would you handle this situation to ensure customer satisfaction?

Payment & Schedule:

- Payments will be made daily for the first week to ensure trust and smooth onboarding.
- Transition to weekly salary payments every Monday after the first week.
- Flexible working hours (1-3 hours daily) that can be completed at any time of the day you prefer.
- Days off are completely fine, as long as you let us know two days in advance. However, customer service and affiliate management in general are daily responsibilities to maintain smooth operations.
- Opportunity for growth: As the business grows, we will transition to offering a base salary instead of hourly pay, with the option for extended hours if desired.
- Our training is straightforward—even if you have no prior experience, you can easily learn the process within a week. However, some experience is preferred.
