JOB OVERVIEW

Cohab UK is looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Property Manager to lead the property management team. The candidate will ensure the efficient and effective operation of our property management activities and partner buildings. You will provide tenant inquiries, assist with supplier coordination, and handle reporting for the company. The candidate must be comfortable with data and customer service situations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for tenant inquiries, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs by communicating with vendors, scheduling appointments, and following up to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with lease administration, including drafting lease agreements, collecting rent payments, and managing lease renewals.
• Conduct thorough tenant screenings, including background checks and verification of references, to ensure high-quality tenants.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records, including lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests, using property management software or other relevant tools.
• Monitor and enforce lease terms and property rules, addressing any violations or breaches in a timely manner.
• Assist remotely with move-in and move-out processes, conducting property inspections, documenting condition reports, and managing security deposit refunds.
• Prepare and distribute regular property management reports, including financial statements, occupancy reports, and maintenance summaries.
• Support marketing efforts by creating property listings, managing online rental platforms, and conducting property showings (virtual or in-person) as needed.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a seamless and exceptional tenant experience.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Customer service oriented or hospitality experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property management
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data and quality control
• Adaptable to using property management software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.

Job Type: Full-time

• Evening shift UK Time (4pm-12am PH time)
• Monday to Friday
• Hybrid schedule (mostly remote)

Experience:
• At least 1-2 years in real estate or hospitality management (including short term rental markets)
