Company Overview:
As a facilitator, event producer, experience designer, author, DJ, speaker, coach, and consultant, I, Jyoti Jani, am building a dynamic personal brand centered on the principles of creative play and collaboration. My work helps leaders and organizations create meaningful connections, strategize effectively, and foster innovation. This role is essential in managing the multifaceted aspects of my brand and ensuring successful execution of high-impact initiatives, including my upcoming book Creating Culture.

Purpose of the Role:
The Executive Assistant will serve as my right hand, leading the organization and execution of key projects while maintaining structure amidst a highly creative and fast-paced environment. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is critical, along with strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
Lead and manage the production of my LinkedIn Live series, coordinating marketing, guest communications, and production schedules.
Track priorities, maintain to-do lists, and ensure progress aligns with overarching goals.
Facilitate meetings, set agendas, document action items, and monitor follow-through.

Social Media Management:
Schedule and post content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms using tools like Buffer.
Proactively create graphics, video clips, and posts using provided templates, ensuring a polished, professional aesthetic.
Collaborate on a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting.

Email Management:
Organize my inbox in Outlook, prioritizing and flagging emails for reply.
Draft professional, clear responses on my behalf and maintain timely communication.

Qualifications and Skills:

Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, track progress, and manage projects to successful completion.
Technical Skills: Proficient in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer), graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva), and Microsoft Outlook.
Attention to Detail: Ability to bring order to a fast-moving, creative environment, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Design Eye: Experience creating professional social media content and a keen sense of visual aesthetics.
Communication: Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with confidence to ask questions and seek clarity when needed.
Speed and Efficiency: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of producing quality work quickly.
