Responsibilities:
Initiate and maintain professional communication with suppliers and distributors via
Establish and nurture strong, long-term supplier relationships to ensure reliable partnerships.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and order quantities to secure the best deals.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and suppliers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating orders.
Collaborate with the team to identify profitable product opportunities and trends.
Develop and maintain organized records of supplier contracts, communications, and performance.
Monitor and assess supplier performance, providing feedback for improvement when needed.
Requirements:
Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proven experience in supplier communication, relationship management, or procurement.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management.
Familiarity with eCommerce or Amazon FBA processes is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and availability during business hours.
