Location: Remote (Overseas)
Working Hours: 11 AM – 7 PM Eastern Time (U.S.)

Established in 2020 and headquartered in Pennsylvania, we have successfully purchased approximately 100 vacant lots to date, ranging from large acreage to smaller infill lots. Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Texting Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team full-time (40 hours per week). The VA will play a pivotal role in engaging with potential seller leads via text messaging, building rapport, and pre-qualifying leads based on their motivation to sell. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in real estate who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with seller leads via text platforms to establish relationships and gather essential information.
Pre-qualify leads by assessing their motivation to sell and other key factors.
Maintain accurate and organized records in the company CRM for seamless lead tracking.
Follow established texting and lead management processes, while contributing suggestions for improvement.
Stay updated on tools, processes, and industry trends to optimize lead engagement strategies.

Requirements:

Experience:
Prior real estate experience is required; land acquisition experience is highly preferred.
Previous experience using texting platforms and CRMs.

Communication Skills:
Exceptional English writing skills with the ability to convey a professional yet personable tone.
Familiarity with U.S. culture to effectively connect with seller leads.

Technical Skills:
A reliable laptop with a camera, microphone, and speakers.
Stable and high-speed internet connection.

Soft Skills:
Quick learner with a proactive mindset.
Process-oriented and detail-focused, with the ability to develop rapport and build trust with leads.
Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.

Schedule:
Full-time availability during U.S. hours (11 AM – 7 PM Eastern Time).
