Wholesale & Amazon Specialist

Are you experienced in wholesale sourcing and skilled in managing Amazon operations? We're seeking a Virtual Assistant - Wholesale & Amazon Specialist to help us expand our product offerings, connect with suppliers, and streamline our Amazon business.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and source profitable wholesale products suitable for Amazon.
Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate competitive pricing.
Manage Amazon product listings, including optimization and keyword research.
Analyze market trends and identify high-demand products for Amazon marketplaces.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely shipment and delivery to Amazon fulfillment centers.
Handle Amazon-related tasks such as managing FBA shipments, resolving issues, and tracking performance metrics.
Provide regular reports on sourcing and Amazon account performance.


Requirements:

Proven experience in wholesale sourcing, with a focus on Amazon FBA.
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, including product listing and optimization.
Ability to research and analyze market trends and competition.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills for supplier interactions.
Proficiency in tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon software.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with international wholesale suppliers (e.g., Alibaba, Faire).
Knowledge of Amazon compliance and policies.
Familiarity with inventory management tools and processes.
