JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with expertise in Amazon FBA operations, focusing on tactical arbitrage, wholesale sourcing, and online arbitrage. This role is critical for scaling our Amazon FBA business and requires hands-on experience with Tactical Arbitrage, Keepa, SellerAmp, and Amazon Seller Central. The ideal candidate will excel in finding profitable deals through online arbitrage, leveraging coupons, and building relationships with wholesale suppliers to secure long-term partnerships.

This position will start as part-time, with approximately 4–5 hours per day, and has the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Arbitrage (OA):
Use Tactical Arbitrage to conduct in-depth research and identify profitable products for resale on Amazon FBA.
Analyze Keepa charts to assess price history, demand trends, and product profitability.
Apply coupons, discounts, and cashback offers to maximize ROI and reduce costs on online arbitrage deals.
Maintain organized records of product findings and profitability analysis in Google Sheets.

Wholesale Sourcing:
Identify and contact wholesale suppliers to establish partnerships and source profitable products for wholesale arbitrage.
Negotiate competitive pricing and favorable terms to ensure long-term relationships and scalable inventory supply.
Handle Amazon FBA ungating processes by collecting and submitting compliance documentation to Amazon for approval.

Amazon Seller Central Management:
Create, optimize, and troubleshoot product listings on Amazon Seller Central, ensuring all listings are compliant with Amazon policies.
Monitor inventory and performance metrics to ensure listings remain active and competitive.
Resolve errors or issues related to listings, inventory, or fulfillment promptly.

Logistics Coordination:
Arrange shipments from online and wholesale suppliers to Amazon FBA warehouses, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
Track and verify shipping status and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.

Sales Analysis & Reporting:
Use Tactical Arbitrage, Keepa, and Amazon Seller Central insights to analyze sales trends and profitability metrics.
Prepare regular reports summarizing product performance, identifying trends, and suggesting adjustments to sourcing strategies.

Compliance & Issue Resolution:
Stay updated on Amazon FBA policies and compliance requirements to avoid listing suspensions or account issues.
Proactively address compliance issues, resolving or escalating them to Amazon Support as necessary.

Job Type: Part-time, with potential to transition to full-time, Permanent, Fresh Graduate

Compensation: Php30,000 - Php70,000 per month (prorated for part-time hours)

Work Schedule:
Part-time: Approximately 4–5 hours per day, with flexibility, including occasional night shifts to coordinate with U.S.-based suppliers. Potential to transition to full-time (8 hours per day) based on performance and business needs.
