We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Lead Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing qualified leads, ensuring that potential clients are guided seamlessly through the sales pipeline. This role is key to maintaining strong client relationships and driving successful transactions. We are looking for someone organized, well spoken, and has experience in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow Up with Qualified Leads: Engage with pre-qualified leads to gather additional information, assess their readiness to sell, and nurture the relationship until they are prepared to move forward.
- Lead Qualification & Conversion: Identify potential sellers' needs and motivations, building rapport and determining the optimal timeline for sale, ensuring leads are properly nurtured for conversion.
- Database Management: Update and maintain accurate lead information in our CRM system to ensure streamlined follow-ups and easy access for the team.
- Cold Calling & SMS Management: During downtime, respond to incoming SMS inquiries and proactively cold call potential leads to generate new business.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings or calls for senior sales representatives with leads who are ready to move forward with selling.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead management, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, must have very good english speaking skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and database management
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads simultaneously
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on delivering results
- Experience with cold calling and following up with leads is a must
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day (11am - 7pm EST)
Rate: $5-6/hour (based on qualifications)
