**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Data Management:**
- Perform accurate and timely data entry across various platforms, including Odoo and Box.
- Maintain and update company records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Generate reports and insights based on data to inform business decisions.

2. **System Optimization:**
- Simplify and streamline existing business systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with company needs.
- Manage workflows and task assignments in Manifestly for operational consistency.

3. **Tool Utilization:**
- Expertly navigate and utilize tools such as Odoo.com, Box.com, Slack.com, and Manifestly.com.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for these platforms, providing training and support to team members.

4. **Construction Knowledge:**
- Apply basic knowledge of construction processes and terminology to ensure data relevance and system compatibility.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to align operational systems with on-site needs.

5. **AI and Automation:**
- Utilize ChatGPT and other AI tools to create templates, automate tasks, and provide solutions for common challenges.
- Proactively identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency improvements in operations.

6. **Collaboration and Communication:**
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless data flow and system usage.
- Communicate clearly and effectively via Slack and other collaboration tools.
