JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to assist with our operations on Bol.com. In this role, you’ll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns like late shipments or product issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Using tools like ChatGPT, you can translate questions and craft professional responses in Dutch, so Dutch language skills are not required.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle issues such as late deliveries or product-related problems.
• Proactively offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize tools like ChatGPT to translate and respond to messages in Dutch.
• Communicate with the team to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:
• Strong written communication skills (any language).
• Ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT to translate and create customer responses.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for online communication.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Bol.com is an advantage.
