Our e-commerce equestrian brand is looking for a passionate and attentive Email Support Specialist to provide top-notch customer service to our community of riders and horse enthusiasts. As an Email Support Specialist, you’ll handle customer inquiries, assist with order-related issues, answer product questions, and provide guidance tailored to equestrian needs. This role requires a deep understanding of our products, a genuine interest in the equestrian lifestyle, and the ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism. Theres is arround 10 emails per day, requiring no more than 1 hour of work per day maximum.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, including questions about products, order status, returns, and more
Provide detailed product information, size guides, and personalized advice to help customers select the best items for their riding needs
Resolve order issues (shipping, returns, exchanges) efficiently and work with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a deep understanding of our product line, including technical features and equestrian-specific benefits, to support informed responses
