Are you a proactive and results-driven professional with a talent for turning cold leads into warm opportunities? We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to help us grow!

In this role, you’ll be the cornerstone of our sales efforts, sourcing high-quality leads, crafting impactful outreach, and managing our CRM (GoHighLevel). If you’re tech-savvy, have a knack for persuasion, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want YOU on our team!

This is a part-time, remote position—perfect for someone who’s ready to make an impact while working from home. With your success and the growth of the business, this role has the potential to evolve into a full-time position in the future.

Salary
$200/month (based on 10 hours per week at $5/hour).
What You’ll Do
Lead Generation: Use platforms like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and online directories to identify and compile qualified leads that match our target audience.
Cold Outreach: Send personalized emails and make calls to prospects, sparking interest in our services and booking appointments.
CRM Management: Keep GoHighLevel organized with up-to-date lead information, progress tracking, and follow-up schedules.
Appointment Setting: Schedule calls and meetings for qualified leads, ensuring our calendar stays full.
Daily Reporting: Share a concise summary of your efforts, including the number of leads sourced, emails sent, calls made, and appointments booked.
Required Technical Skills
Proficiency in CRM tools (GoHighLevel preferred, HubSpot or similar tools acceptable).
Experience with lead generation tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other research platforms.
Ability to use email automation tools and templates effectively.
Solid knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Basic familiarity with cold outreach best practices and follow-up strategies.
