Real Estate Cold Calling Expert

We are looking for a person with experience in cold calling, CRM management, and working with realtors. The ideal candidate excels at building rapport over the phone and maintaining organized client follow-ups.

Responsibilities:
• Cold call and follow up with realtors and seller to promote our services and establish relationships.
• CRM management and follow-up coordination.
• Professional communication and rapport-building.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in cold calling in the real estate industry.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and the real estate lingo.
• Noise-cancelling headset.
• Your own computer/laptop and high-speed internet.
• Great communication skills
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Availability:
• Part-time position: 20 hours per week.
• Available to work 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday, between 10 AM - 4 PM EST.
