JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a Superstar General Real VA with a “problem solver” attitude? Then we want YOU!

The General VA will be assisting in building our lead system and organizing data and information.

Our General VA will also be working on lead list research, list building, and lead list maintenance.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
-Sending a daily report through email, detailing completed and ongoing tasks
-Compiling and organizing a lead list and assisting our CEO
-Updating our lead list and organizing leads according to the right categories
-Reviewing our lead list and promoting leads that need further communication
-Communicating with owner by WhatsApp and Email


To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1 year experience in the following:
- Written and verbal English communication skills (Required)
- Proven experience in research and data entry
- Strong online research abilities and familiarity with tools for finding business contact information
- Building spreadsheets and organizing data on spreadsheets (Preferred)

-A fast learner
-Pay close attention to detail
-Follow instructions to the letter
-Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
-Problem solver attitude. Able to take a task or problem and complete/solve it in an efficient manner.

In addition to having excellent English skills, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.

-Web research using search engines like Google, IE, Bing, etc.
-Microsoft Word
-Microsoft Excel
-Gmail and other email applications
-Google Drive
-Google Docs
-Google Sheets
-Communication apps like Skype, WhatsApp, Slack, FB Messenger, etc.
-Project management software (Basecamp, Trello, Asana, Evernote, Google Docs)
-Time management or time tracking software (Timeproof, Time Doctor, Tmetric, Toggle)
-CRMs such as Monday, HubSpot or Podio
-Research tools like Apollo.io, RocketReach, OpenCorporates, etc.


-This is a part-time position with the ability to become full-time
-20 Hours per week (work can be completed whenever is best for candidate)

Salary:
$163/month for full-time work (10 hours a week)

Perks and benefits

Once you complete your 6 month probationary period, you will get:
- Opportunity to expand into full-time position (40 hours per week)

Trainings provided:
-Detailed training videos that instruct how we handle leads in Excel or Sheets will be provided
-Training on list building process & applications like Apollo.io
