We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Agent to join our growing dropshipping business. This role is vital in ensuring smooth communication between our customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Requirements
Experience in Dropshipping: Must have a strong understanding of dropshipping operations and challenges.
Freshdesk Expertise: Proficient in using Freshdesk for handling tickets, managing queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Supplier Communication Skills: Able to effectively and professionally communicate with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries.
Availability: At least 2 hours per day, morning hours (Philippine Time). The time will increase after the trial period of two weeks.
Quick Onboarding: Ready to start within 24 hours of selection.
