We are seeking Customer Service Assistants for our MatchAwards.com Platform. The focus is to ensure Users have the best experience possible with respect to 1. productivity by matching them to the best leads and opportunities based on their User type and 2. investment in our upcoming crypto currency / token at no cost to (them) our early adopter Users. We intend to trade our token on DEX and CEX platforms where it can be exchanged with national currencies like dollars, euros, pesos, etc. by 2nd quarter 2025. Early Users will receive point credits in their Platform crypto wallets that we intend to convert into our crypto tokens. Our global AI-powered Platform is unique and focuses on economic development at every level by matching Opportunities to Users, to include Businesses, Investors, Contractors, Job Seekers, Students and more. We currently provide millions of fresh, matching and relevant Opportunities to our Users each day, and over $12 billion in Awards annually to various entities registered in the Platform. Many of our Users are small businesses and jobseekers that need both business and technical assistance across every industry and profession ranging from construction, healthcare, technology, international trade, transportation, finance, agriculture, real estate, import-export, consulting, manufacturing and more.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
-Engage with Users on our Platform, addressing their business, investment and technical queries
-Show Users how to create effective User Profiles to maximize their relevant business opportunities
-Respond to questions through our in-house ticket and chat systems for the industries that you provide consulting and advice
-Assist Users with the refer and earn crypto program to build potential wealth through a no cost investment
-Identify potential bugs reported by real Users and coordinate with the development teams for resolution
-Facilitate and assist Business Users toward converting Opportunities into Awards
