KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. **Inbox Superhero:** Keep our customer support inbox tidy and organized, swiftly triaging requests and questions like a pro.

2. **Timeline Whisperer:** Make sure our customers know exactly what to expect and when by setting clear, friendly expectations about our deliverables.

3. **Quick Win Achiever:** If something quick and easy lands in your wheelhouse, tackle it and score those small victories!

4. **Task Distributor Extraordinaire:** Assign tasks to our development team with precision and clarity to keep projects moving smoothly.

5. **Quality Assurance Champion:** Follow up on assigned tasks, ensuring the work is done to your specs and ready for the spotlight.

6. **Delivery Pro:** Be the friendly face delivering completed work to our clients, wrapping up each task with a bow.

7. **Customer Listener:** Dive into our customers' emails, read between the lines, and ask smart questions to truly understand their needs (even when it’s not exactly what they’re asking for).

8. **Project Juggler:** Manage a whirlwind of ongoing tasks using our project management tools, keeping everything on track and prioritized.

9. **Accountability Partner:** Stay on top of task timelines, nudge developers for updates, and hold them accountable for meeting deadlines.

10. **Problem Solver:** Spot a blocker or unanswered question? Escalate them internally and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

### Daily Communication (via Our Project Management App)

**Stay Connected:** Most customer communication will happen over email, but internal communication lives in our project management app.
**Be Visual:** Use quick video screencasts when written updates won’t cut it—they’re great for explaining ideas and resolving issues.
**Report Progress:** Send daily status updates outlining what you’ve accomplished, any questions you have, and blockers you’re facing. These updates are crucial for our globally distributed team.
**Be Responsive:** Regularly reply to to-dos assigned to you, updating their progress, asking questions, or flagging issues as needed.

### Time Logging

**Track Wisely:** Log all your work time in our simple time management software. We trust your judgment on how you spend your time—no micromanagement here.
**Strategic Insights:** Your time logs help us ensure resources are allocated effectively and that we’re making smart strategic decisions.

### Requirements

** Exceptional written communication skills—your words will be your greatest asset.
** High-level spoken English proficiency for the occasional recorded screencast or customer call.
** Stellar analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
** The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

### Time Expectations & Weekly Google Meet Calls

**Flexible Hours:** Work approximately 2-3 hours per day (10-15 hours per week) whenever it fits your schedule.
**Monthly Check-Ins:** Join a monthly Google Meet call for up to 1 hour during the 9am-5pm CST timeframe. It could be a quick 5-minute sync or a full hour, but it’ll never exceed that time.
**Proactive Meetings:** If you feel more collaboration is needed for a specific project, advocate for and schedule additional calls as necessary.
**Occasional Customer Calls:** Sometimes, you’ll need to schedule calls with customers to clarify details or resolve confusion. These calls will also fall within the 9am-5pm CST window.
