Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Legal Intake Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, highly organized, and possess exceptional communication skills. You will be responsible for handling incoming client inquiries, managing case details in our legal software, and ensuring a smooth intake process.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Screen and qualify potential clients, gathering detailed information about their legal needs.
Input and update client data accurately in Clio and Law Ruler.
Use RingCentral to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Collaborate with the team via Slack to ensure seamless communication.
Schedule consultations and maintain calendars for attorneys.
Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current clients.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Legal Intake Specialist or in a similar role.
Proficiency with Clio, Law Ruler, RingCentral, and Slack (required).
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Familiarity with Criminal Defense, Immigration, Firearms Law, and Family Law (preferred but not required).
