Credit Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Credit Repair Specialist to help clients improve their credit profiles remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience in disputing negative items like late payments, charge-offs, collections, bankruptcies, and more, using Dispute Fox, Credit Repair Cloud, and other CRMs. A strong understanding of CFPB, FTC, and BBB complaints is essential.

Responsibilities:

Credit Report Management: Dispute negative items (late payments, charge-offs, bankruptcies, etc.) with credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion).
CRM Management: Use Dispute Fox and Credit Repair Cloud to track and manage disputes, automate communications, and generate dispute letters.
Compliance & Legal: Apply CFPB, FTC, and BBB complaint processes to escalate issues and ensure compliance with consumer protection laws.
Advanced Disputes: Resolve issues with ChexSystems, Early Warning Systems, and similar databases.
Client Communication: Provide clear updates and advice to clients on improving their credit scores.
Requirements:

Proven experience in credit repair and CRM tools (Dispute Fox, Credit Repair Cloud).
Strong understanding of credit report disputes, compliance regulations, and legal tools like CFPB and FTC complaints.
Ability to work remotely, manage multiple cases, and communicate effectively with clients.
