As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and organized Sales and Appointment Coordinator to join our team.

Job Overview

The Sales and Appointment Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining and expanding our client base. This is an hourly + commission position, but it is performance-based, meaning the better you perform, the more money you will make! You will be responsible for managing leads, scheduling appointments, and following up with clients to build and sustain strong relationships. The role starts as a part-time position, with the potential to become full-time after a successful probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management:
• Call, text, and email leads from the CRM to schedule appointments.
• Open and maintain communication with potential clients interested in buying or selling cars.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with no-shows or reschedules.
• Client Relationship Building:
• Follow up with previous clients to maintain relationships, generate referrals, and secure repeat business.
• Express appreciation to clients (e.g., thank-you messages) and provide updates on inventory and deals.
• Appointment Coordination:
• Organize and prioritize daily appointments and tasks.
• Ensure a consistent flow of qualified leads and appointments.
• Sales Support:
• Work closely with the owner to keep the sales pipeline active.
• Facilitate hand-offs for client communications when necessary to close sales.
• Daily Workflow Management:
• Manage schedules and reminders to ensure timely follow-ups and task completion.
• Maintain open communication with the owner via WhatsApp throughout the day.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: Starting at $2/hour.
• Commission: Additional earnings for every sale resulting from your performance.
• Performance-Based Pay: This is a commission-driven position, so your success determines your earning potential. The better you perform, the more money you make!

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or customer relationship management is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (or a willingness to learn quickly).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work proactively and independently while maintaining close communication.
• A professional and courteous demeanor.
