We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving the growth of Davis Dynasty Cleaning Company by generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales for our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calls, emails, and networking.
• Client Outreach: Proactively contact businesses to introduce our commercial cleaning services and identify their needs.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to build trust and ensure long-term partnerships.
• Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
• Negotiation: Discuss pricing, contracts, and service terms with clients to finalize agreements.
• Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, emails, meetings, and outcomes in CRM software.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in commercial cleaning, facility management, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
