We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, data analytics, and trends, with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media,
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and
SEO & SEM: Conduct keyword research and implement strategies for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) to improve organic search rankings and paid search performance.
Social Media Strategy: Develop and manage social media strategies to build brand presence and engage with target audiences on platforms such as
Email
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media insights, etc. Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
A/B Testing: Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and
Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment between digital marketing strategies and company objectives.
Website Design, creation and upkeep - Build & Maintain the companys website to reflect the core values, aim and passion of the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM,
Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
SEO & SEM: Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and paid search strategies.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to create compelling content and reports.
Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative digital marketing strategies.
Project Management: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or other graphic design software.
Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or similiar.
