Key Responsibilities:

3. Calendar Oversight:
-Maintain and monitor the manager’s calendar, ensuring no overlaps or conflicts.
-Send reminders for critical deadlines and meetings.
4. Procurement Support:
-Place orders for project-related materials and supplies as needed.
-Track delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods.
5. Administrative Duties:
-Assist with preparing and organising documents for projects.
-Handle other ad hoc administrative tasks as required, maintaining a smooth workflow.

It is necessary for the candidate to have a laptop with an Intel i5 or i7 processor (or equivalent) to ensure compatibility with required software and programs. This will enable smooth performance and allow the candidate to effectively contribute as a valuable part of the team
