We’re looking for a full-time Admin/Customer Service Representative to join our remote team.
What You Can Expect:
• Full-time position
• Base Salary + Allowance/Commission
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries via
• Managing and engaging with social media comments
• Analyzing data and preparing customer service reports
* Manage multiple project documentation and timelines
* Handle budgeting, estimating, and financial record-keeping
* Maintain and organize contracts and important documents
* Create and manage social media content using Canva
* Provide excellent customer service and communication support
* Process urgent requests and maintain multiple deadlines
* Coordinate and manage client relationships
* Organized and able to work effectively
* A friendly, problem-solving approach to customer service
* Data Entry
* Assist in analyzing sales and performance trends.
Must NOT currently have another job. This role requires full focus and commitment.
Prior experience in customer service or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Availability to work consistently during the specified hours.
Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
