### About the Role

This role involves engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and providing helpful information about available products or services. You'll assist in resolving issues, fostering positive relationships, and promoting products where appropriate.

### Training & Development

- Full training will be provided, so previous experience is not required.
- Candidates must be able to learn quickly, adapt to new tools and systems, and apply the training to daily tasks.

### Pay

- $3 per hour base pay - paid every 2 weeks.
- Commission-based earning on top of base pay (potential to earn multiple hundred USD extra per month)
- The job comes with opportunities for bonuses and pay increases.

### Working Hours

- Full Time
- Monday to Friday
- 9PM to 5AM Philippine Time (PHT)

### Qualifications and Requirements

- Strong written communication skills with an engaging and persuasive tone.
- Good English skills are a must for this role.
- Ability to learn and apply new strategies quickly.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms and online messaging.
- Willingness to work night shift hours (1AM - 9AM PHT).
- Access to a computer with relatively good performance and a good internet connection.
