Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and support our growing Amazon business. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is familiar with Amazon Seller Central and has a passion for e-commerce, graphic design, and analytics. If you are organized, proactive, and knowledgeable in online selling, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
• Create and post A+ content for Amazon listings, including layout and image design.
• Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to improve ROI.
• Update and enhance the Amazon Storefront regularly.
• Handle social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling.
• Design visually appealing graphics for listings, ads, and social media.
• Generate and analyze reports on sales performance and PPC campaigns, providing actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on Amazon policies and e-commerce trends.
• Collaborate and communicate updates with the team.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central, especially in A+ content creation and managing variations.
• Knowledge of Amazon PPC management and optimization.
• Strong skills in graphic design (experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator preferred).
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later).
• Experience in creating data-driven recommendations for sales and advertising.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and applications is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Part-time role with the potential to convert to full-time based on performance.
• Training is provided for specific tasks, but prior experience in e-commerce and design is highly valued.
