**Position Overview:**
The Dispatch and Virtual Assistant will play a critical role in supporting daily operations, managing schedules, and ensuring timely communication between our contractors, clients, and internal team. This hybrid position involves administrative support, customer service, and dispatching tasks to help our team provide excellent remodeling services to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Dispatching:** Coordinate and schedule appointments, job site visits, and contractor assignments. Ensure all tasks are properly allocated to the appropriate crew members and track their progress.
- **Customer Support:** Answer calls,
- **Administrative Tasks:** Maintain and update records, schedules, and project statuses. Assist in managing and tracking client contracts, invoices, and payments.
- **Data Entry & File Management:** Input project details, customer information, and service requests into company systems and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- **Communication:** Act as a liaison between customers, contractors, and the office team, ensuring everyone is on the same page with project timelines and expectations.

**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in customer service, dispatching, or virtual assistant roles, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using dispatching software, CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Knowledge of home improvement services and terminology is a plus.
