We are a fast-growing agency specializing in short-form content and high-performing ads that help businesses dominate social media platforms. Our primary focus is on crafting ads that convert, with a touch of scroll-stopping video content to enhance results. Our clients count on us to strategize, execute, and scale campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.
Now, we’re looking for a rockstar Virtual Assistant/Project Manager to help us stay organized, hit deadlines, and keep our team and clients on track.
What You’ll Be Doing

As our Virtual Assistant/Project Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our agency’s operations. Your main responsibilities include:
Project Coordination
- Manage the pipeline of content and ad creation projects.
- Assign tasks to tea
- Track progress and provide weekly updates to the team.
Client Communication
- Ensure smooth communication between the team and clients by keeping projects on track.
- Provide updates on project progress, ensuring all client expectations are met.
- Relay client feedback to the team and confirm it’s addressed efficiently.
- Support the business owner in maintaining strong client relationships by managing day-to-day communication and updates as needed.
Content & Ad Support
- Organize raw content submissions and ensure delivery timelines are met.
- Set up ad campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube following detailed SOPs.
- Verify ad creatives meet platform specifications and align with campaign objectives.
- Assist in optimizing content for various social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, to ensure maximum performance.
Team Coordination
- Host weekly team check-ins to review priorities and progress.
- Help with onboarding new tea
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain internal project management tools (Notion, Calendly, Slack, Etc)
- Assist with reporting performance metrics for clients and internal projects.
Who You Are

- Proactive: You anticipate needs and tackle challenges before they become problems.
- Strong Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re familiar with project management. specifically, Notion, Calendly, Slack and social media platforms.
- Problem Solver: You can think critically and find solutions independently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Project Manager, or similar role.
- Familiarity with short-form video content creation or social media ads is a plus.
- Availability to work and be active during U.S. business hours. 9am-5pm CST
- Reliable internet connection and a good work setup.
- MUST BE WILLING TO WORK WEEKENDS
