About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our influencer marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who excels at organization, communication, and relationship management in the digital space.

Compensation & Hours
$15/hr, Part-time position (hours to be discussed)

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Outreach & Communication
- Execute outreach campaigns to potential influencers using provided email templates and briefs; when we receive responses managers are to cc'ed into the email to handle the rest of the conversation
- Track and organize all email correspondence with influencers
- Monitor response rates and maintain follow-up schedules

Campaign Management & Organization
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive tracking system for:
- Interested influencers
- Active negotiations
- Closed deals
- Payment schedules and due dates
- Influencer categories/buckets
- Provide regular status updates on ongoing campaigns and negotiations
- Ensure all deadlines and payment schedules are met
- Flag urgent matters requiring manager's attention

Influencer Research & Curation
- Research and identify potential influencers aligned with our apps and brand values
- Create shortlists of potential influencers for manager review
- Categorize influencers based on defined criteria
- Maintain an organized database of potential and current influencer partners

Required Skills & Qualities
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding written communication abilities
- Proficiency in email management and tracking systems
- Experience with spreadsheets and data organization
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills
- Professional demeanor in communications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in influencer marketing or social media management
- Familiarity with influencer outreach processes
- Experience with CRM systems or email management tools
- Understanding of social media platforms and influencer landscape

Technical Requirements
- Reliable internet connection
- Access to a computer with current software
- Familiarity with standard productivity tools (spreadsheets, email, etc.)
