Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Expert in GoHighLevel, A2P10 Compliance, and BookingKoala

We're seeking a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team who is well-versed in GoHighLevel, A2P10 compliance, and BookingKoala.

Responsibilities:

GoHighLevel Setup: Configure and customize GoHighLevel accounts for new clients, ensuring all workflows, pipelines, and automations are properly set up.
A2P10 Compliance: Assist clients with understanding and adhering to A2P10 text message compliance requirements, including registration and setup.
BookingKoala Setup: Set up and optimize BookingKoala accounts for clients, ensuring scheduling, payment systems, and templates are ready to use.
Technical Support: Provide timely answers to clients’ questions regarding GoHighLevel, BookingKoala, or related tech tools.
Client Training: Offer guidance and tips to clients on using these platforms effectively to grow their business.
Troubleshooting: Solve any tech issues or escalate them as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience with GoHighLevel setup and management.
In-depth knowledge of A2P10 compliance for SMS regulations.
Hands-on experience with BookingKoala or similar platforms.
Strong communication skills to explain tech concepts in a clear, client-friendly way.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple client setups simultaneously.
Availability to respond promptly to client needs during business hours.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with the cleaning or service-based industries.
Experience in providing tech support or virtual assistant services.
Ability to create training materials or video tutorials for common client questions.
