This role requires strong organizational skills, tech-savviness, and familiarity with real estate processes, digital marketing, and CRM tools inside KVCore. Responsibilities include managing email communications by organizing and filtering messages, publishing weekly blog posts across platforms, and running social media campaigns on Facebook and YouTube. Additional tasks include sending "Property of the Week" emails, maintaining a comprehensive database of contacts and escrows, tracking mentee progress, updating listing and escrow information, managing offers on platforms like Zoodelio, and designing marketing collateral in Canva. Ideal candidates will be self-starters with expertise in CRM tools, social media ads, and graphic design, and a commitment to creating streamlined systems.
