Virtual Assistant for Content Creator

OVERVIEW:

I’m searching for a talented Virtual Assistant (VA) (as needed basis) with experience in social media management/marketing to assist in day-to-day admin responsibilities for a social media ad/content creation business.

This will include creation of graphics and reposting weekly content on Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Youtube, and LinkedIn. Video editing is not required for this position however, it is considered a bonus!

This VA does NOT need experience on all of these platforms - only TikTok and Instagram are required. The rest will be taught in training.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creating graphics using existing templates & content in Canva
Data entry for ongoing admin tasks
Schedule content in advance using Metricool software
Creating captions for all scheduled posts
Hashtag research
Reposting published TikToks without watermark on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Instagram, and LinkedIn (adjusting copy/hashtags to each platform)
Checking daily inbox for tagged content to save & reshare
Bonus: short-form video editing for social media content/ads (less than one minute) with captions using CapCut
Maintain a well-organized digital asset library for photos, videos, and graphics
Other tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

Speak & write in fluent English
Experience/willing to learn using a social media scheduling tool (Metricool/directly scheduling in app, etc)
Familiarity using Whatsapp/Discord for communication
Experience posting to Instagram
Experience working in Social Media/marketing preferred
Experience with hashtag research)
Graphic design experience needed - though Canva templates can/will be used, applicant MUST have good graphic skills and aesthetic sense (spacing, colors, scales, etc)
Able to work on their own without constant management and reminders
Attention to detail, follows instructions, and checks work before delivery
Flexible and can work own schedule!

Access to social media hashtag & scheduling tools
We will work with your schedule to set a calendar in place that works best for you.
Most (but not all) content will be provided for you to schedule/ create though some content you will need to develop with your own creativity (should be fun)!


HOURS: Part-time/Gig

RATE: $3/hour
