Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Airbnb Listing Specialist to create compelling and optimized property listings using OwnerRez. You will be responsible for crafting engaging descriptions, selecting high-quality images, writing captions, and ensuring each listing meets Airbnb’s guidelines and best practices. Your role will be pivotal in attracting guests and maximizing bookings for our properties. The candidate MUST FOLLOW OUR CHECKLIST in creating ownerrez listing

Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize Airbnb listings using OwnerRez.
- Write engaging and informative property descriptions.
- Select and upload high-quality images for each listing.
- Ensure each listing complies with Airbnb’s guidelines and best practices.
- Coordinate with the management team to gather necessary information and images.
- Create Property Profiles in BreezeWay for our property management teams.
- Ensure a 48-hour turnaround time for creating listings & property profiles

***REQUIREMENTS***

- Proven experience in creating Airbnb listings.
- Proficiency in using OwnerRez and BreezeWay.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills to liaise with the property management team.
