JOB OVERVIEW

Please do not apply if you do not have experience with the following:

- 6+ months experience with customer support emails for e-commerce business.
- Data entry (we use sheets to keep track of after sale issues + return requests)
- Communicating with supplier
- 6+ months experience with Shopify

A plus: 6+ months experience in handling PayPal disputes
A plus: Can handle 20-25 emails an hour

I am looking for somebody who is responsible to handle all emails according to the webshops policy. You have to be able to handle stress well.

NEVER COPY PASTE TEMPLATES. I am looking for a customer supper with quality of service.

We use a return request sheet where we write doen all the return requests with the reason of this request. We track data on how many refunds have been made etc.

We use an after sale issue sheet where we write down all after sale issues. We communicate this with the supplier and update the customers accordingly on a daily bases.

I have email templates available but in rare cases you will have to write your own.

I need somebody trustworthy, who loves to work and is available for long term.

Working hours: everyday 2-4 hours. Depending on how many emails there are. Right now, there are a lot of "where is my order" emails because Canada Post is on a strike which is causing 200+ orders to be intercepted. When emails because too much we will hire another person to work 2 days. You will be managing this person.

We start with a training (unpaid) 2 days just 2 hours, we will go over the workflow and over the emails + templates
Following a 2 week trial. After you should be able to handle emails yourself. I will always be here to answer any questions.
