Job Description
Develop and implement
Monitor and analyze ad performance through key metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS) and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Manage ad budgets to ensure cost-effective spending and maximum ROI.
Conduct A/B testing on content, images, and audience targeting to determine the most effective strategies.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Design teams to create compelling, visually engaging ads.
Regularly report on results and share actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Job Requirements
2+ years of experience in
Mastery of
Strong data analysis skills; familiarity with tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
Experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in English (bonus if you know Korean).
