Job Description: Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant (Philippines)

Position: Virtual Assistant for Amazon FBA
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST (1-hour lunch break: 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM)
Compensation: $600 per month

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant with extensive experience in managing and optimizing Amazon FBA listings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to contribute immediately. If you have 2-3 years of experience with Amazon FBA, SEO, and content creation, along with photo and video editing expertise, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Amazon Listings Creation and Management:
• Compose 5 high-converting bullet points based on competitor analysis and SEO research.
• Write optimized descriptions for product listings in English.
2. Enhanced Brand Content (EBC):
• Edit and enhance product images for Amazon’s A+ Content.
• Create professional-grade videos to showcase product features and benefits.
• Follow templates and formats for effective EBC development.
3. Image and Video Editing:
• Edit and enhance images for Amazon listings, especially below the description (A+ Content).
• Produce high-quality promotional and product videos for Amazon.
4. SEO and Keyword Research:
• Conduct in-depth keyword research using tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
• Optimize listings for search visibility and ranking on Amazon.
5. Competitor Analysis:
• Analyze competitor listings, pricing, and marketing strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Track, analyze, and report sales and performance metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights for listing optimization.
7. Graphic Design Skills:
• Create visually appealing infographics and enhanced visuals for A+ Content using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
8. Seller Support and Coordination:
• Create new product listings in Amazon Seller Central.
• Open and follow up on cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve listing or policy issues efficiently.
9. Content Creation:
• Develop compelling and accurate product content tailored for the Amazon marketplace.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of Amazon FBA experience.
• Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva) for A+ Content.
• Advanced video editing skills with tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Proven experience creating content for Amazon listings in English.
• Experience with SEO optimization and competitor analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills for data reporting and performance analysis.
• References demonstrating prior experience with photo and video editing for Amazon.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Availability:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST, with a one-hour lunch break from 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM.
