We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Content Creator & Paid Ads Specialist to join our team and take our online presence to the next level. Your creativity, analytical mind, and obsession with trends will be the key to making our mission of empowerment shine across every platform.

What You’ll Be Doing
**Content Creation**: Dive into our treasure trove of stock footage and curate captivating, on-trend videos, posts, and paid ads that stop scrollers in their tracks.
**Ads Management**: Own every aspect of paid ads – from strategy and creation to optimisation and reporting – with a focus on driving down costs and maximising ROI.
**Trend Spotting**: Stay ahead of the curve with social media trends and incorporate them into our campaigns to keep our content fresh and engaging.
**Campaign Performance**: Analyse results, test new ideas, and refine strategies to keep our paid ads performing at their peak.
**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the Studio Republic team to align content and ads with our mission, values, and branding.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A creative storyteller with experience creating compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Proven expertise in paid ads management, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads (bonus points if you’ve managed campaigns in the photography or lifestyle industries!).
- Analytical skills to interpret data, track performance, and fine-tune campaigns for optimal results.
- A natural trend-spotter who knows how to leverage the latest social media crazes without losing sight of our brand voice.
- Organised and self-motivated – you can juggle multiple projects and always deliver on time.
