We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing land flipping business. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data management and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to
- Answer phone calls and return messages promptly
- Data scrubbing and organization using Excel/Google Sheets
- Run property comparables and market analysis
- Maintain detailed records of property listings and transactions
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in real estate or property management (preferred)
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Hours and Availability:
Part-time position (10 hours per week) with potential for growth
Must be available during standard business hours (9 AM - 5 PM)
