Role Overview
The Content Manager will lead the creation, strategy, and distribution of all content that defines Lux Lights. From eye-catching videos to engaging blog posts, your work will ensure our brand stands out and resonates with our audience. Working closely with the owner, you’ll have a direct hand in shaping the creative vision and building a legacy for the company.

This role combines creativity, strategy, and technical skills in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You’ll not only be part of the team—you’ll be at the heart of Lux Lights’ growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with the owner to define and execute the brand’s creative vision.
Own our brand identity: Develop and maintain consistent messaging and visuals across all platforms.
Produce and edit stunning videos: Create high-quality, visually captivating videos for social media, advertising, and other digital platforms that showcase Lux Lights’ features, benefits, and success stories.
Design engaging creatives: Develop attention-grabbing graphics, animations, and visuals that make our brand impossible to ignore.
Write compelling blogs: Use our custom GPT tool to generate content that answers customer questions and sets us apart from competitors.
Strategize and plan: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with Lux Lights’ goals, keeping us on the cutting edge of the industry.
Analyze and optimize: Monitor content performance to make data-driven decisions that enhance engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Stay ahead of trends: Keep up with industry developments and customer preferences to ensure our content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.
What We’re Looking For
-Proven experience in video editing and creating high-impact visuals for digital platforms.
-A creative eye for storytelling, design, and branding that captivates and inspires.
-Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to produce customer-focused content that builds trust and answers real questions.
-Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or equivalent platforms.
-Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., GPT) for content creation is a plus.
-A strategic mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
-Passionate about branding, customer engagement, and creating content that stands out.
-A proactive approach to problem-solving and a hunger to leave your mark on something big.
